Terms of use
Last updated: 15 August 2026. By using Typestry, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
Typestry provides a free personality test and related content. The test is based on a public framework of personality types. It is intended for personal insight and entertainment, and it is not a diagnostic tool, psychological assessment, or medical, mental-health, career or legal advice. If you have concerns about your wellbeing, please speak with a qualified professional.
Your use
- You may use the test and read our content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You agree not to attempt to copy, scrape, resell or re-publish substantial parts of the site or its content.
- You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
Intellectual property
The Typestry name, design, original content and artwork belong to us. The personality-type framework itself is a widely used, public model and is not owned by us. You may share our pages for personal purposes, with attribution.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. Results may be imperfect — personality tests are generalisations, not a full picture of anyone.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Typestry is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
